Oil change, done quickly, vehicle washed without asking...what's not to like!
I had been deciding on a vehicle for close to a year and Tristan was patient n he did not call non stop. He let me come in my own time.
Horrible customer service, looks like service advisors are not at all happy with taking customers and mainly, the problem I was having with car still there. Spent more than $450 and came out with disappointment. Waste of time and money

Bad experience
Firstly, when I check “About Us” tab on their website; I see “our highly trained staff…”? That’s a joke! For everyone planning on visiting their dealership: If you don’t mind Neil, the SALES MANAGER OF RIVERCITY HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP (!), yelling at your family member in a small room of 5 people simply of not providing a few relevant papers of a vehicle or leaving the room midway through your conversation simply because you putting your time to be there is not important for that car dealership, definitely check them out. cab of vehicle was nicely vacuumed and given a car wash ,I went in for an oil change.
Location is fine Atmosphere is good Price is way too much - felt pressured by upsell
Went for oil change and they didn’t reset the warning light and the car wash wasn’t done
