I ordered a new ture there and when i picked uo tge truck it was the wrong tire was supposted ti be white lettering which it wasent,was suppost to get a call the next day wgen new obe in, but didnt so called the next day and was told the ture came in yesterday but didnt get a call,and am still waiting for a call.
Arranged to pick up vehicle after service hours, was told keys and invoice would be at reception. Arrived about 6:30 and reception knew nothing about it. Salesperson was paged, his boss and several others who started looking thru the service advisors desks for the keys, after 30 minutes keys were found, but no one could operate point of sale credit card swipe to bill me, eventually tracked down someone who could operate credit card, but he did not know what department to charge to so he had to track someone down. Every time I bring my car in for service, the technicians remove my cabin air filter, and every time I get home, there is a roaring sound coming out from that area of my dash. I usually fix it myself, but this last time, it would not stop , and I had to bring it back in the next day. A technician found leaves in the housing and the sound went away. Communication continues to be a huge issue. Matt was great at taking my vehicle in due to steering difficulties that were apparently due to poor work with my last service job at your site. I again, had to call regarding the status to find out the repair work would be 4-5 days as the part had to be ordered. Jason was aware that I need my vehicle for work and assured me a loaner. I was told that the service would take 30-35 minutes, fine OK with that. This was accurate as the service report was placed on the managers desk 35 minutes after we had arrived. After another ten minutes I had to ask one of the service staff if we could settle our account and get going, apparently five of them were having some sort of discussion, which is alright, but not when customers are kept waiting. We had to fight with service to get our warrantied problem fixed. We were promised a free oil change and I had to pay for it. We waited several days to hear back from a service rep about getting a loaner vehicle. When we finally got our car fixed it came back dirty, not washed, and the oil was not changed even though we were having an oil problem. It didn’t appear it was touched in the week and a half they had it.
Professionnalisme And time it took to get service
I was recently in for an oil change and to once again bring up an issue with a blow fan that was making loud, screeching noises. On my previous oil change when I brought up the issue, it was discounted because the tech couldn't hear the screeching, despite me saying it was occurring about 70-80% of the time on specific fan speeds. They didn't even bother to perform any further testing/diagnostic and advised that they couldn't do anything because they didn't hear the noise I said was occurring.
