Communication continues to be a huge issue. Matt was great at taking my vehicle in due to steering difficulties that were apparently due to poor work with my last service job at your site. I was told that the service would take 30-35 minutes, fine OK with that. This was accurate as the service report was placed on the managers desk 35 minutes after we had arrived. After another ten minutes I had to ask one of the service staff if we could settle our account and get going, apparently five of them were having some sort of discussion, which is alright, but not when customers are kept waiting. We had to fight with service to get our warrantied problem fixed. We were promised a free oil change and I had to pay for it. We waited several days to hear back from a service rep about getting a loaner vehicle. When we finally got our car fixed it came back dirty, not washed, and the oil was not changed even though we were having an oil problem. It didn’t appear it was touched in the week and a half they had it.
Professionnalisme And time it took to get service
I was recently in for an oil change and to once again bring up an issue with a blow fan that was making loud, screeching noises. On my previous oil change when I brought up the issue, it was discounted because the tech couldn't hear the screeching, despite me saying it was occurring about 70-80% of the time on specific fan speeds. They didn't even bother to perform any further testing/diagnostic and advised that they couldn't do anything because they didn't hear the noise I said was occurring. The only constructive feedback I would give is to have more loaner vehicles available for your customers. Every time I have scheduled maintenance there hasn't been one. It is already a pain to have to drop the car off and the added expense of a rental is not ideal. Everything else I am thoroughly happy with and will continue coming to river city!
I went there for service engine oil and she asked me to wait less than an hour. And I waited there more than 3 hours
Ok... we brought our Kona in for an oil change... to have the 3m protection scratched when it was washed by your service tecs. We then found out that we needed to bring the Kona back for a wheel alignment and we have only had the SUV for 5 months. They told us it is common for vehicles to require wheel alignments after shipping. If that is the case... why isn't it done prior to driving it around for 5 months.. we now have the wear and tear on the tires that have be out of alignment.
