When they wanted my business it was ok. Once they had it it was a completely different story. Still waiting (4) days for someone to call about BlueLink. Had to bring back the dealer plate that was suppose to be picked up. (4) daysCar was not registered in Alberta when we went to get plates. Quite frankly don’t think I will darken your door again unless it is for warranty work. Certainly can not recommend to others.
It took over a month for service to replace a broken window. I understand it needs to be shipped in but there was little or no updates from RCH. In addition I have to wait an extra 3 weeks for them to clean off the glue from the wrapping and fix the scratches from the damaged window.
It was first service and while the checks and oil change, curtesy of people and timeliness were all good, I did not like the complementary car cleaning. I know it is free but vacuum was not done properly and in spite of reminding 3rd row to be cleaned it was not. Hope I will get better cleaning next time.
Hello. I have brought my 2017 Elantra in for regular service twice and have had issues with the cool air/heat system. Last year when I left the service centre and turned on the cool air a loud racket started. I was told to bring the car in. I was told leaves had found their way into the system and was blocking the flow! This year a very loud 'humming' sound is coming from the system. Lord knows what is blocking things this year.
Please don’t change the way you treat your customers. The service is great and we were made to feel like we mattered. The only thing I regret is we didn’t buy our vehicle from your dealership.

After the sale was finalized and I drove out everything changed. It showed all the nice talk was just for the sale. Can't even get through anymore, kept pushed around. For weeks now!
I have serious concerns about the 48,000km my vehicle received. Rather than airing my concerns publicly I would like the opportunity to discuss with someone from River City. I am not alleging that certain components of the service were not completed however, I am not confident that it was completed based on the paperwork. Came in for an oil change last night. Normally the service is PHENOMENAL. It was so terrible. Obviously they were very rushed, but they did not change my oil sticker in the window, did not reset my service reminder in the vehicle itself, my front mats were not washed (is this not happening anymore?), the service provider handed me my keys and did not go over any of the items that were listed as needing immediate attention (engine filter, wheel alignment).
