Went for oil change and they didn’t reset the warning light and the car wash wasn’t done
They lied to me and kept me hostage at shop while I told them several times that I didn't have all afternoon because I had to go to work. The didn't listen and made me late for work! They will never see me again!
THEY STOLE FROM US. they lied and schemed. They stole my trade in and added $10,000 to the bill of sale. I know you may ask how could we miss this? I have the exact bill of sale that has the vehicle we purchased listed for 28,889 and the way I found out that it was 39,999 was after I tried to trade in this vehicle. Booked my appointment when I came in to get an oil change. I was originally told I needed a wheel alignment, so booked for that. Explained to the lady (forget her name) that my Bluetooth had not been working and would like them to do a diagnostic same day as my wheel alignment. She said sure and booked me in for a Saturday. When I got there I told the advisor that I was booked in for a wheel alignment and for a diagnostic to fix my Bluetooth.
