Everything was perfect! Dr. Thomas is awesome! He is very knowledgable and listens to his patients and takes him his time making sure they feel comfortable.
They are absolutely wonderful here. And the office is spotless. Dr. Kuehn was amazing with our puppy and very informative and friendly. We are so happy we found this vet!!!
We came to River Forest Animal Hospital about 5 years ago with our beloved ill Beagle. Dr Thomas did the best he could but it was already too late. He helped us decide what to do and with such caring about our dog and that she should be euthanized. We then got a beautiful little dog called Baby. Dr. Menghini and support staff were kind, patient and compassionate when we were dealing with our beloved elderly, sick dog and the decision to let him go. Dr. Menghini is kind and smart, offers all options, and helps you get the information you need to make the best decision for your pet. Support staff also were compassionate and helpful, acknowledging our deep relationship with our pet. We'll be taking our other animals there in the future.

As we move away from Forest Park I would like to thank everyone at River Forest Animal Hospital for taking good care of our dog Tutu. You guys were always kind and friendly to Tutu and us. Our dogs love coming here, and so do we! Excellent staff -- doctors and tech support alike. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. We've never had to wait more than a minute or two, even when we've shown up without an appointment (for shots or claw clipping). Very comfortable waiting area. Prices are reasonable (not cheap, but not budget breaking) for the great service provided. We give a special shout-out to Dr Kuehn.
We have used this hospital for 4 decades while living in Oak Park. Dr Juhnke has been our vet for the majority of this time. He has always been there for us, prolonging the life of our beloved pets. In conjunction with Dr Thomas, Dr J helped to save our puppy's life last week. Puck was stricken with pneumonia. Their expeditious actions were invaluable beyond words.
