I had a very sick cat that I brought into RFAH. We saw Dr. Thomas and he was so caring and compassionate. He gave me an honest opinion that my cat didn't have long to live. Instead of recommending tests and procedures, He made Scooter comfortable and gave us another couple of weeks together. My dog and I are always greeted so warmly by the staff. They say, is this Dexter? And I say why yes, yes it is. The docs are always super knowledgeable and calm my overprotective nerves when it comes to my baby's health. I moved from the area but still come back for his vet needs. Wouldn't dream of leaving them, ever ever!

RFAH is a wonderful place for pets. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors are very caring and knowledgeable. They really take the time to understand the animal's issue so they can make a thoughtful recommendation. They also have a regular e-newsletter that they send around the holidays to remind you of the foods that are dangerous to cats and dogs ("These Are a Few of the Dangerous Things"). Love the docs here. Just found out one of my pets is obese and have been feeding her wrong for years! They provided me with good info, an article and a resource to find out more info. Very helpful

I am so grateful to Kristin Rosenquist for referring me to RFAH. After meeting the staff and Dr. J, I knew Bella would be in good hands. I immediately made the decision to switch animal hospitals. Isabella and I are lucky to be Dr. J's care. Thank you!

I'm really glad that we found RFAH. We moved to the area about a year ago and had a lot of "catch up" with our dogs after living abroad for a decade. We started out seeing Dr. Juhnke but at some point switched to Dr. Thomas. I really feel comfortable with him and leave the office confident that he knows what he is talking about. He has given me insight to some of our dogs' ailments that no other vet has told us. And we've seen a lot of vets over the years. RFAH has a great staff. The counter folks are responsive and accommodating. The Doctors are efficient and knowledgeable. Prices are not insignificant, however, I get what I pay for.

Every aspect of my visit to RFAH was excellent. I just moved to the area and needed to get my dog in last minute. I called at 8:00am on a Monday and they got us in at 9:30. The staff was friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. I was also able to download a coupon from their site that saved me a huge amount off my first visit. The facility was exceptionally clean (no weird smells) and I parked right outside the front door. Overall an awesome experience for me and my dog!
