Verified Renter Building is falling apart. Too high priced and prices keep raising. They nickle and dime you for everything. Nothing gets fixed around here. The elevator for stairs 4 has been broken for a month. Apartment leasing office leaves messes sit.

Verified Renter Staff is great and really nice but over the past 2 years just have had a lot of maintenance issues. Amenities are nice and events are fun when I am able to attend. However, there is very limited free parking so if you want to not have to search for a spot in the middle of winter outside you are basically forced to pay for parking in the garage. The garage is heated but we are paying 110 just for parking for 2 cars. Our sewer bill has also gotten outrageous where at other places it is 10 dollars on top of the ... read more

Verified Renter Terrible living with tenants above me!and the constant noise in bedroom that sounds like a MRI machine!other wise apartment and walking around the area is nice !
Verified Renter Property not taken care of. Illegal dog breeds in residence. Illegal window air conditioners hanging out of windows. Elevators not kept clean. Garage floors not cleaned as promised by management. Unsightly and non-lease compliant items stored on outside decks. Nonexistent management oversight in all these areas!!

new management is beyond garbage It’s glitz and glamour without substance. Management is beyond incompetent. No one cares. It used to be a great place to live. Read other reviews. Avoid this place like the plague.
The Building is nice, but management is not. The physical location and building is nice; however, the management is the worst. The building is supposed to be smoke free, but there is a lot of week and tobacco smoking and the smoke goes from one apartment to another. Reporting to the managers does not do any good, they will post some signs, but not talk to the offenders. They seem more worried about the occupancy rate than the occuments.
