Verified Renter The apartment is nice but the staff are very rude. There is always dog pop on the ground and it always smells like pot. Even if you pay for parking your spot will be taken. Wish the staff would care more for the price we pay.

Verified Renter I would love to see a consideration of adding cameras to the parking garage and mailroom. In the last month my car has been broken into with items stolen and multiple packages from the mailroom. I work night shift and sleep during the day so I can’t always get down to the mailroom to get packages right away. It’s just unfortunate that I’m now out a significant amount of money for an issue that could likely have been prevented with cameras in these places.
Verified Renter Unfortunately recently the office has been awful with communication. Just this week I submitted an emergency maintenance request because I found ants in my apartment and it has been 3 days and the ants are still here living with me rent free. I have called everyday and I either get no one answering the phone or empty promises that maintenance will come and then they never show up. No one has even attempted to contact me first. Very disappointed.

Verified Renter Found a lot of chipped paint, chipped dry wall, kitchen counter is peeling. The master bedroom toilet is constantly running. Neighbors did not give good responses on how the building is managed. Windows are super old, yet we're paying the fee of a mortgage. Poor paint job through out the unit. Verified Renter Very loud hallways, poor communication and the building is not in good shape. As I write this the water is shut off to our ENTIRE building for 7hours AND this is the second time in less than a month they’ve done this for repairs! Serious plumbing issues and no discount to rent or anything to make up for the fact that we cannot have regular use of water, not to mention maintenance does not have a good record with follow up. Honestly disappointed and wish we had moved to a different complex downtown.

Verified Renter Building is falling apart. Too high priced and prices keep raising. They nickle and dime you for everything. Nothing gets fixed around here. The elevator for stairs 4 has been broken for a month. Apartment leasing office leaves messes sit.

Verified Renter Staff is great and really nice but over the past 2 years just have had a lot of maintenance issues. Amenities are nice and events are fun when I am able to attend. However, there is very limited free parking so if you want to not have to search for a spot in the middle of winter outside you are basically forced to pay for parking in the garage. The garage is heated but we are paying 110 just for parking for 2 cars. Our sewer bill has also gotten outrageous where at other places it is 10 dollars on top of the ... read more
