Verified Renter I love the place and the amenities. The leasing off is so nice too. This place is truly a needle in a haystack find. I’m glad I found it and there was an available apartment in my price range

Verified Renter So far the residents are nice and there isn't much noise. My only critics would be that there are some things that need repairs and or the installation to be completed. Microwave to big for the location it is placed in. Tiles in the kitchen is damaged and peeling from the installation of washer and dryer. Master bed room inner windows missing on both sides and are installed on the wrong track, and celling fan is slightly damaged. Verified Renter Things have been less than standard. Garage door & elevator have frequently been broken. The garage has not been power washed for 2 years. The halls & elevators are not cleaned well enough or often enough like previously. I love my apartment & location but it is not the same as when I moved in sadly.

Verified Renter Close to downtown and lots of amenities! Only thing I would change is having more parking available and adding rugs to the hallways to help with noise since everything seems to echo out there.

Verified Renter Lots of amenities. Some loud neighbors but they calm down at night. Garage openers barely work but they try to make things right. Overall pretty good.

Verified Renter Building is a lot nicer than expected. But as expecting a fully updated unit and it’s only semi. It’s still nice and clean. A lot more amenities but not a lot of parking

Verified Renter Nice river view from balcony, updated unit with w/has nice appliances only down side for unit is no central ac and radiator turn on valve is behind where most folks would put their entertainment center so difficult to get to. For parking, unless you are willing to pay for a garage spot, if one is available, or for city street parking, there is very limited free lot parking available.
