Verified Renter I love the atmosphere here at Rivers Edge. Everyone has been extremely nice; staff and residents both have been amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and communicated effectively to help me understand some things. The residents have been extremely welcoming and help any questions I may have about where stuff is in the building or nearby.
Verified Renter The staff has been incredibly helpful and alway quick to assist with any request I have. When I first eneted my apartment, I was pleasantly surprised by how move-in ready it was. I really appreciate the amenities lik the fitness room, dog park, laundry area, and package room-it's so convenient for receivingdeliveries.
Verified Renter Beautiful environment, wonderful staff and we love our place that we've made our home! It is also great to have so much available in the downtown Waukesha area. This is definitely where we'd like to remain for the foreseeable future.

Verified Renter The staff is very friendly and welcoming! I also really enjoy that there is so much to do within walking distance. However, there have been some minor issues I have come across. For example, the dishwasher does not work and staff never explained to us how to use it. Also, there is very limited free parking spaces if you choose not to pay for parking, which is something staff should mention before moving in. Otherwise, everything else is good!

Verified Renter I actually enjoy living here, the people are amazing, managers are all nice & respectful. It's actually a great place to be at considering most places don't actually communicate back properly. I haven't had any issues other than sometimes you hear others being a tad loud but that doesn't bother me as everyone has fun in life at some point. Verified Renter Jasmine, Rochelle Lauren and Meisha in the leasing office were extremely helpful ahead of our move. We were guided through the various room options/forms remotely and all were patient with our questions as thus was my first apartment. Move in day went very well and all were very efficient in getting us checked in and orientated.
