Verified Renter Great location- I love walking along the riverwalk and around downtown waukesha. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend getting an indoor parking spot as soon as you move in to avoid being put on the waitlist. Outdoor parking is very minimal.

Verified Renter Apartments are nice, maintenance is quick at responding. Ample laundry facilities, multiple on each floor. Package room is nice and organized. Courtyard/dog areas are well-maintained, haven't gotten a chance to use the grill yet. My only big gripe is the parking, the surface lots are almost nonexistent and dimly lit, and underground parking (starting at $50 a month) is very sparse and you'll likely need to be put on a wait list to get a spot. Verified Renter I love the atmosphere here at Rivers Edge. Everyone has been extremely nice; staff and residents both have been amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and communicated effectively to help me understand some things. The residents have been extremely welcoming and help any questions I may have about where stuff is in the building or nearby.
Verified Renter The staff has been incredibly helpful and alway quick to assist with any request I have. When I first eneted my apartment, I was pleasantly surprised by how move-in ready it was. I really appreciate the amenities lik the fitness room, dog park, laundry area, and package room-it's so convenient for receivingdeliveries.
