Rivers Edge is Amazing! I moved down to Waukesha for a job, and have lived here since. Their office staff and maintenance crew are very fast to respond to any questions I might have. I LOVE the package handling they offer for free! Order from Amazon or anywhere else, and conveniently pick up the package from the office after work! Having a heated garage is SUPER nice too, for unloading groceries, to not having to warm your car up in the morning and no leaves/snow on your car!

Great Apartment/Great Location Our apartment is in a great location if you like to live in downtown Waukesha, Wi. These apartments face Main Street and/or The Fox River. We are literally one block away from the downtown stores, and close enough to watch the town Parades from your apartment. (If you decide to live on the Main Street side). Wonderful Experience My husband and I moved here in April this year, and was most surprised and happy to know the apartment was newly painted, re-carpeted AND re-tiled. It felt brand new and SMELLED clean compared to previous places we've lived. We love the location, just across from the Downtown scene, and our 'own backyard' of Frame Park (walking, running and bike path, river activities, cycling activities, sand-volleyball, playground, community house). Awesome place My wife and I checked this place out on a whim, and we're so much happy we did! We love being within walking distance to the downtown area and having a park right outside our door. The apt itself is really nice too. It feels like we're on a perpetual vacation!!
Verified Renter I would love to see a consideration of adding cameras to the parking garage and mailroom. In the last month my car has been broken into with items stolen and multiple packages from the mailroom. I work night shift and sleep during the day so I can’t always get down to the mailroom to get packages right away. It’s just unfortunate that I’m now out a significant amount of money for an issue that could likely have been prevented with cameras in these places.
Verified Renter Unfortunately recently the office has been awful with communication. Just this week I submitted an emergency maintenance request because I found ants in my apartment and it has been 3 days and the ants are still here living with me rent free. I have called everyday and I either get no one answering the phone or empty promises that maintenance will come and then they never show up. No one has even attempted to contact me first. Very disappointed.

Verified Renter Found a lot of chipped paint, chipped dry wall, kitchen counter is peeling. The master bedroom toilet is constantly running. Neighbors did not give good responses on how the building is managed. Windows are super old, yet we're paying the fee of a mortgage. Poor paint job through out the unit. Verified Renter I can give 3.5 because of issues with the air conditioner. I am staying in a single bedroom. I have to put the door open and turn on as to cool down my bedroom temperature the whole night

Verified Renter Very loud hallways, poor communication and the building is not in good shape. As I write this the water is shut off to our ENTIRE building for 7hours AND this is the second time in less than a month they’ve done this for repairs! Serious plumbing issues and no discount to rent or anything to make up for the fact that we cannot have regular use of water, not to mention maintenance does not have a good record with follow up. Honestly disappointed and wish we had moved to a different complex downtown.
