Verified Renter We kept looking to see if there was any apartments available. I applied to see if we could get an apartment. I filled out the application and within a few days we received an email stating we were approved for an apartment. The manager and staff has been nothing but helpful. The apartment is layout for my husband who is in a wheelchair and move freely around the apartment.
Verified Renter We have been happy here, and very happy with our neighbors. The hallways and parking could be cleaner and we could use more washers and dryers. Other than that is has been a good place to call home.

Verified Renter Everything we need is in our apartment (washer/dryer, walkin cliset) or the apartment complex (coffee bar, exercise room, theater room). Balcony facing the river is a bonus!

Rivers Edge is Amazing! I moved down to Waukesha for a job, and have lived here since. Their office staff and maintenance crew are very fast to respond to any questions I might have. I LOVE the package handling they offer for free! Order from Amazon or anywhere else, and conveniently pick up the package from the office after work! Having a heated garage is SUPER nice too, for unloading groceries, to not having to warm your car up in the morning and no leaves/snow on your car!

Great Apartment/Great Location Our apartment is in a great location if you like to live in downtown Waukesha, Wi. These apartments face Main Street and/or The Fox River. We are literally one block away from the downtown stores, and close enough to watch the town Parades from your apartment. (If you decide to live on the Main Street side). Wonderful Experience My husband and I moved here in April this year, and was most surprised and happy to know the apartment was newly painted, re-carpeted AND re-tiled. It felt brand new and SMELLED clean compared to previous places we've lived. We love the location, just across from the Downtown scene, and our 'own backyard' of Frame Park (walking, running and bike path, river activities, cycling activities, sand-volleyball, playground, community house). Awesome place My wife and I checked this place out on a whim, and we're so much happy we did! We love being within walking distance to the downtown area and having a park right outside our door. The apt itself is really nice too. It feels like we're on a perpetual vacation!!
