Verified Renter Lots of amenities. Some loud neighbors but they calm down at night. Garage openers barely work but they try to make things right. Overall pretty good.

Verified Renter Building is a lot nicer than expected. But as expecting a fully updated unit and it’s only semi. It’s still nice and clean. A lot more amenities but not a lot of parking

Verified Renter Nice river view from balcony, updated unit with w/has nice appliances only down side for unit is no central ac and radiator turn on valve is behind where most folks would put their entertainment center so difficult to get to. For parking, unless you are willing to pay for a garage spot, if one is available, or for city street parking, there is very limited free lot parking available.

Verified Renter I enjoy living here I just wish they would have re mulched my courtyard like all the others :( . I also wish the community events were a lil earlier or later because I can never make them .
