RJ Inspections was referred to me by someone local to the area. I filled out a request online and was called almost immediately by someone in the office. They were able to get an inspector out 2 days later! I received an email with instructions, explanation, a document to sign, and a link to pay. Colin was great! He was so thorough in his inspection and made sure to talk us through the whole thing. He ensured all our questions were answered and left us feeling confident as first time home buyers.
Jerson was amazing. He made the whole inspection process for my new condo so easy and walked me through the process. If I had questions he was very willing to answer them. He let me know what I need to update every year. Amazing experience!!

Richie was a pleasure to work with. He is an incredibly friendly guy with a wealth of knowledge, giving thorough explanations that a layperson (like me) can understand and helpful tips on best maintenance practices. He was patient and detail oriented and happy to answer a lot of questions :) He was also very prompt with the report and gave a comprehensive picture of each element that needed inspecting, helpful for my husband especially who could not attend the actual inspect.
Great people and service! Immaculate turn around time for report. I'd recommend these guys to any new home buyers.
