Rob was phenomenal during our home inspection. He was thorough, did a great job explaining what he was noticing and was thoughtful yet efficient. Really appreciated his demeanor and the way he approached the inspection. The report he sent over was phenomenally detailed. Highly, highly recommend.
Everyone had a mask on which is great considering the current event. My inspector spoke very clear, and concise, went over everything thoroughly. He gave me a list of what I should expect, what he's looking for, how he grades, and concluded again by going over everything. I would definitely recommend RJ Inspections to friends and family. D.

Had a great inspection experience with RJ Inspections. Communication was great, the inspection was thorough, and the report was issued quickly. Payment was reasonable and easy. I'm subtracting one star though because they apparently sold my contact info to ADT Home Securities. I've received 4 voicemails and now a TEXT from the agent... who even admits he's working on behalf of RJ Inspections. Seems like poor business practice. Hopefully there aren't other entities they've done this with or more stars will be falling off.
He was on time and seemed to do a good job. The furnace wasn't on when he was inspecting so he said he "couldn't inspect it" but the builder was there as well as 2 real estate agents and didn't ask anyone to turn it on. He just said he couldn't do it. Despite this I was pretty happy. It was a Saturday and they still processed my payment and got the report out that same day. The lower rating is mostly because they sold my email address to ADT after the inspection so I now receive emails from them. That pissed me offf.
This experience couldn't have been much better from the start. I called and talked to a cheerful female, who set me up with an appointment within 5 minutes. Rob was the inspector that I used and I am thankful I did! He was VERY thorough but yet relatable, suggesting which things were more/less concerning and how the issues most likely derived. RJ Inspections did a wonderful job recently with our home inspection. Graham was personable, timely, and a great teacher in the ways of home care, which is one of the most important aspects of a home inspection. RJ Inspections did a great job on our property. Brett Garceau was the inspector. He was very detailed and addressed all of our questions. Brett explained the process as he performed the inspection and made recommendations as he found potential issues. Brett quickly followed up with a detailed report including recommendations and potential solutions, this made our approach to closing very comfortable. I highly recommend RJ inspections.
I highly recommend RJ Inspections. I've used them for the purchase of two homes now and they've always done a thorough job for us. For our recent inspection, I brought my father in law with over 45 years of contracting experience with me.
