Worked with RJ inspections to do radon testing and inspect an older home. The inspectors were thorough, professional, and were able to get us on the schedule on short notice. Both inspectors had multiple years of experience. Super happy that I was able to work with them, and will definitely be recommending them and using them again in the future.

RJ Inspections was able to schedule an inspection of an old house for just 5 days after we put an offer on it. I definitely recommend working with them as a first-time home buyer. Fred was incredible thorough, professional, and efficient throughout the entire inspection. He arrived 30min early, talked me through every aspect of the inspection, and provided me with a very organized and detailed readout that was easy to integrate into the final P&S of the property I was buying. 10/10 would recommend this company for home inspections and try to get Fred as your inspector!
RJ Home Inspections fit us in last minute and conducted a very thorough job for home-purchase purposes. They were effective and timely communicators, incredibly professional, very thorough, and submit a full report within 24 hours. I highly recommend them for home inspections and all that goes with it. I had a great experience from start to finish with RJ Inspections. I loved being able to book an appointment online and getting verbal confirmation the next day (on a weekend, no less.) They do radon and pest testing, and I had all the results and report the same day as our inspection. Mark was great - he went over everything with me in person, and gave me tips on what to look for and what I should expect as a homeowner (like how to set the line on the sight glass on the boiler). I had Rob as an inspector recently. He was very thorough, gave great explanations of what he was doing, what he was looking for, and what was observed. In the future, I will always request Rob. He does great work and he really cares!
10 stars. Incredibly thorough and professional. Made the process easy to understand by taking time to explain everything they were looking at, what they were looking for and what they found. The final report is so easy to understand and digest. I'll be recommending them to anyone buying a home.
