Excellent, thorough, explained everything in terms I could understand, and the report is beautifully done with photos and clear recommendations. Bob had arrived early, was very forthcoming and an absolute pleasure to work with. What could have been a painful and overwhelming day was neither of those things in the end. I highly recommend.

I had a home inspection done by Adam at RJ Inspections and it was excellent! They said it would take anywhere from 2 to 3 hours to go through, and even though the inspector took his time and was thorough, answering all of my questions, photographing everything, we were done in an hour and a half! He arrived a little earlier than I did, and by the time I got there he had already begun looking at the outside of the house, so when I arrived he caught me up to speed quickly. If you want your dreams crushed for no reason other than someone making things up definitely use RJ. If you want actual truthful help in understanding a homes flaws and strengths go literally anywhere else. Terrible.

If there was a way to rate this company a zero I would do that! The house we bought have a structural damage and he never saw it. Never did he test the second Floor porch who was shaking when walking! Wall from the outside looked crooked and never noticed it! Right now I have a damage to fix that it's going to cost me over 5000 dollars! They returned my 529 dollars fee and tried to tell me that it wasn't like that when they inspected it. This damage isn't a result from 3 months ago. It's a result from years in the making! ... read more

I had my home inspected in 2017 by Rob. He did a lousy job of inspecting the house. There were alot of issues that he missed, that cropped up later. The central vacuum system did not work. He said he was not responsible for inspecting that. That was a $1000 fix. I had a sliding glass door that was not closing properly. He said an adjustment in the bottom of the door would correct that. They were recommended to me by my realtor and after the inspection only one item was identified as faulty. As we enter one month into the new home purchase I have spent 2500.00 fixing things not on the final report And every day brings a new adventure. I spent almost $600 for this !

Worst Inspection service I ever came across.They leave many pending issue and do not inspect them and claim they have no access . They just are lazy to do their job

I cannot recommend their services. The inspector was great and had a keen eye. The prefabbed nature of the report left something to be desired (which admittedly could be par for the course). The report was not issued promptly (as was promised). Apparently the office never informed the inspector I paid (immediately following the inspection). I had to hunt it down. With deadlines looming, you should not have to hunt for results of a service you paid top dollar for. I wish I could have just paid the inspector directly and worke... read more

If I could give this company a zero star rating I would, to make a long story short I purchased a home that needed a new roof and they somehow missed this during the inspection even after I personally asked Paul to double check the roof.
