We just used RJ Inspection for our new home purchase. Very easy to work with! Eric was waiting for us when we arrived at the home and had already started to inspect the outside of the home. He was very thorough, informative and really helped us understand the condition of our home purchase. Following the inspection, he immediately sent over a report, detailing all of our conversations, along with photos for our records. Would definitely recommend!
Rob communicated well. Showed up right on time and got to work quickly. As the inspection progressed, he explained what he was looking for and the conditions he found. Delivered report in a very timely manner. Pricing was very fair.

Ken was very professional, friendly and detailed. He explained his reasoning, and made sure to emphasize which issues were important and which weren't a big deal. He showed up early to inspect the outside of the property and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. I can't recommend him highly enough.
This company is very professional and very detailed. 69 pages for single family inspection. He spoke about positive things with the house,thing that needed to be addressed immediately and future things to improve for longer lasting and a more comfortable living environment . He was very polite and professional. We highly recommend this company.
