You can't go wrong with RJ Inspections. J (who was training his younger brother at the time) didn't miss a thing. If there is something about the house that isn't right, he's going to find it. Nothing gets past him. Highly recommend. He will save you money.

The inspector arrived on time and let us know what his process was. When we had questions, he was patient and clear in explaining things. The report we received was thorough and came promptly after the inspection.
I just bought a house and RJ inspections was very responsive! I was able to get an inspection the next day and Fred was nice and thorough, he walked around the house by himself and once he reviewed everything he would fill us in on what he found. He explained everything so my partner and I understood everything that needed to be done on the house. We left the inspection very confident in what our next steps were and overall this was a great experience!
My wife and I are first time home buyers but not a first time home owners. I received my home through inheritance. I thought I knew something about home inspection, but boy was I wrong. Had a great experience with Fred and Richie from RJ Inspections! I'm a nervous first-time homebuyer and I really appreciated the fact that they explained everything in detail and were even available after the inspection to answer my questions. They were extremely thorough and made sure I understood everything on the report. They were punctual, friendly, and personable. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them!
Above and beyond what I expected, he took his time. He explained what he was doing, and what he was looking for, and he definitely didn't mind getting his hands dirty, he was very knowledgeable in all areas.
