Amy was amazing . Answered all my questions and explained everything so well . Extremely impressed with the staff . Thank you again for being such a good help .
I live in Riverside County and RKM Heating and Air Conditioning are seasoned professionals in this area. The service representative, Amy, has years of experience as a customer service rep who can evaluate a home's needs with insight into cost efficiency and service. Right now in this summer heat is the time to get relief from these high temperatures.
Amy was very thoughtful and professional and helped me with my AC when I had to stay home after back surgery. Highly recommend these guys. I felt well taken care of.
