The RKM technician came out yesterday to do our twice-yearly system check-up. He did a thorough job and explained everything to me clearly. He gave me a written and emailed explanation of what he had done and made some recommendations. He was friendly and patient. This is what excellent service looks like.

Sean what's the most kindness person so helpful made my whole family feel so safe he stopped and explained every little detail to us so we wouldn't understand it other places do not do that they don't take the time out of their day to explain the important so thank you so much for this company and for him for going above and beyond the call of duty
