I purchased a new heater & air conditioner in 2020. Since then I have had excellent service for my winter & summer maintenance from Mathew who keeps me updated on his arrival time, answers any questions I might have, explains what he'll be working on or what he did on completion. I highly reccomend Mathew, not only is he professional & knowledgeable but a friendly young man who I've had many good conversations with.

EXCELLENT service! Jeff at RKM is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My system went down for the 23 time in three years on a brand new system.
