Just had my winter maintenance done for the furnace. I've been using RKM for a few years and they are always reliable. Jay was the technician today and was very prompt. He provided informative data on my unit and was very friendly and courteous.

We had issue with our unit not cooling down, Jay came in did the diagnostics and completed work on that appointment.

Thank you Bryan! RKM set me up for an appointment and serviced my AC unit same day. I really appreciate the fast and honest service. Bryan was professional and explained the issue so that I was in understanding. My unit is extremely old and everyone else pressured me to replace the entire unit however Bryan was able to find an easy fix to hold me over until I'm ready to replace the unit. Very personable and honest technician. Thank you! I would highly recommend RKM.

Third time using RKM, this time for Summer preventative maintenance of the AC system. James and Manuel showed up on time with a friendly/positive attitude. They got to work and were done in 2-hrs (clean condenser, check motors & electrical system, check refrigerant & temps). I responded to an add actually, and so glad I did! Their customer service team got me scheduled and setup perfectly and the service call with Bryan was great. He explained everything throughly so I know exactly what condition my unit is in. I feel very confident to have RKM keeping my system in great shape.
