Here I am, shouting out RKM again! Ron came out to do a flush of the water heater, and he was quick and thorough. He noticed that we had a drip on one of the faucets connected to the system, and took care also. This was the second time he'd been out to see us, and both times we were impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. Gustavo and Miguel did a great job installing our new AC system. They were unbelievably quiet while doing a huge job. They left the house clean and I would definitely work with these guys again. They even got done faster than they estimated. Zero complaints!

When I sent in a message about my concerns, Amy was quick to respond and call me with the details to put my mind at ease. She was knowledgeable about what I was experiencing, and also patient with explaining and answering my questions. She did not rush me off the phone, so friendly and professional. We have had our IAQ system for almost a year now and LOVE IT. Becoming a member has proven to be worth it.
