When I sent in a message about my concerns, Amy was quick to respond and call me with the details to put my mind at ease. She was knowledgeable about what I was experiencing, and also patient with explaining and answering my questions. She did not rush me off the phone, so friendly and professional. We have had our IAQ system for almost a year now and LOVE IT. Becoming a member has proven to be worth it. If you're looking for a company who cares, knows what they're doing and give you the best service, look no further!
