When they tell customers that their vehicles have preowned but certified they should be telling them the truth that in 3 to 4 months you could be paying $1000 fir service when you come in to get your free oil change.
I had an 11:30am appt for an oil change. I walked TWO hours later! This isn’t the first time but I kept going back because it was free with my maintenance plan. But I will never go back!
It was a terrible experience, no one seem to know what they are doing. The service is bad I hate we purchased from here, never again.
Nissan RockHill is TERRIBLE! They are dishonest and we regret buying our vehicle from them. They sold us a vehicle with a cracked radiator! Within 12 hours all the coolant had leaked out, resulting in the vehicle over heating!! If you want to be ripped off go ahead and buy a car from them!

Emma, the review notification alerted us to the issue. We found the problem, an “O” ring that failed not the radiator. This was unfortunate to hear about on Facebook that we knowingly sold a Vehicle with a cracked radiator, another dealer creating a false statement. We have repaired and replaced the parts involved, thanks to Nissan North America for their continued support of a great product. We hope you enjoy your Vehicle for many miles to come.
***UPDATE - Service Manager Will reached out 11/7/2020 regarding the issue. 11/11/2020 we took the vehicle back in so that he could have a look at it. We pointed out that we have purchased 9 Nissans throughout our lifetime with 5 of them coming from Rock Hill Nissan, and never had we been treated so poorly. I would honestly not recommend Rock Hill Nissan to anyone. The service center is the worst. Last week I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change when I had an appointment. Then I had to bring my car back to get a leak fixed and it took three days. When I picked up my car and drove away there was a high pitched noise coming from the engine. That WAS NOT happening when I dropped it off. I had to drive back and 2 different individuals had to drive the car because the first “couldn’t hear the noise”. They do good service on your vehicle. They 1et you know the warning signs on your car before you have any trouble. They are committee in doing their job.riglht.

Service department needs to make sure car bolts are tightened after they work on your car! Third time they have done this!!
