Luis and Manuel are "Rock Stars"! Luis was very friendly, accommodating over the phone when I called in a panic needing emergency service for my garage door which was on top of my car in the garage. They showed up on time, actually earlier than expected and gave me a courtesy call 15 minutes before arrival. Luis and Manuel are strong! They held up the garage door so I could get my car out. I will definitely call on them for any garage door needs in the future.

WHO I AM I am a civil litigation attorney. I am very selective with who I work with. I try to be as objective with my reviews. My boys and their friends mysteriously busted the garage door. I was a little worried because it was stuck half way, it was after 6pm and many business are not open that late. So I just want to say Thank You so much for the quick & flexible service. Rick was awesome and did a great job.

I called Rockstar yesterday when my garage door wouldn't open. They picked up the phone right away and when I described the broken spring I was assured their technician had the part needed on his truck. Since we couldn't get our cars out he called the field and rerouted a tech who appeared in around 15 minutes. Lucky he was finishing another job and was nearby.
