He subsequently figured out that the sensor was one of the issue, and also the garage switch which he replaced. Absolutely the best! **** and ****** gave my garage door a tuneup The roller bearings needed replaced, which I was expecting because the door had been making an awful screeching noise like it had done several years earlier when I had to have the roller bearings replaced. The service was excellent as was the price of $189 for the lube and tune & replacing the roller bearings. Highly recommend Rockstar Garage Door Services, a local business!
