Fantastic experience! Our puppy is a very aggressive fetcher and we recently found out the hard way he doesn’t have an appropriate off switch. While he was playing outside with our son, he over did it and became overheated and had a heat stroke. We called around to multiple vets in the area and Rockwall Urgent Vet was the only one that was able to fit him in. If I could give a rating of 10 stars I would! We live over an hour away, when my baby got hurt I frantically searched and searched for a vet to help us! In my frantic state I called Rockwall Urgent Vet and the lady on the phone was so nice! She asked all the right questions and helped me keep calm, she was so sympathetic. She made the process so easy! We get to the facility and everyone was so nice to me, my husband and my baby! I want to say thank you to all that work @Rockwall Urgent Vet. Our experience here was wonderful even though we lost our beloved Flick. They were very compassionate with us. They took excellent care of our little guy he was 14 years old and they did everything we asked to save his life.
Dr Stratman is amazing!! I brought in our two year old cat, Oscar after being attacked by an animal who broke his jaw. We really thought we’d have to put him down but she wanted to attempt to repair his jaw. Fast forward six weeks today and he is all healed and looking great after her wonderful work! I can’t say enough good things about her and the staff. They are very caring and thorough. I’m thankful to have my Oscar still with us!
