Recommendedhad a problem with my dog Jack his vet was closed they diagnosed and treated him sent me home with all the meds he needed the Vet was great it did not break the bank I realize this is an emergency clinic and they charge a little more than a normal vet visit ...the diagnoses was accurate the staff and vet really cared they faxed all the work they preformed to our regular vet without me asking I would definitely use them again if needed in the future...........from Jack and I .....Thank You!!!!
I took my dog here and saw Dr. Ouverson and he was great. Everyone in the office was professional and caring. I will definitely come again if I need their services. It’s much easier than going to Dallas and their prices are comparable.
Worth every Penny. They keep you updated and text and send pics through the night if you text worried. I recommend this place 100%. I have a 5 pound Yorkie and they saved her. It’s an emergency clinic and higher emergencies take priority which is a good thing. It may take longer but everyone’s fur babies get the care they need - in highest priority order : to try to save them all. These people are nothing short of amazing! They rolled out the red carpet for our beloved Lucy last night. Their compassion for our sweet girl and for us made the worst night for us as sweet and peaceful as possible. Lucy was extremely sick and we didn’t want her to suffer. They whole process was on our terms and they did everything in their ability to make her comfortable and gave her the greatest treats a lab could have. I am eternally grateful for everyone on her care team. Thank you from the Henry family.

I just want to say thank you to the staff and vet who helped with little tiger. He was a kitten either hit by a car or tossed from one and they were very sweet and compassionate when it was his time to cross the rainbow bridge. He won't be forgotten ❤️

I have taken both my cat and dog to RUV and I was extremely impressed with the level of care and compassion we received. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make sure my pets were comfortable and well-taken care of.
