I brought my wedding set in for cleaning and inspection and was told I had six loose stones and a broken prong.I purchased a plain wedding band that I could wear when at work.The new wedding band needed to be sized and engraved. I never received a phone call as promised when the work was completed on my wedding set.. Plus, when I went to pick up the new wedding band, it had not been engraved,so I had to make an extra trip the next day to the store!Again, never received a call from the store telling me that my ring was ready.... read more

I run a business in Elk Grove Village and understand that in business there are many unforeseen circumstances. Some out of our control. Therefore I have been very forgiving before writing this review. I purchased a promise ring for my gf (now fiance) over 5 months back. I brought it back 3 times for the diamonds falling out. My boyfriend bought me a beautiful pink sapphire ring for Valentines Day from the Rogers & Hollands in Vernon Hills. Unlike most jewelry stores I've been, Rogers & Hollands will NOT do the first sizing at no cost unless I purchase their warranty plan. I find this extremely disappointing and will be taking my future jewelry purchases elsewhere.

i purchased my diamond ring from the west town mall location in madison wis.ive only had my ring 10 months.needless to say because of the crappy work rogers and hollands put out i lost my 1.06 carat diamond.i took my ring to a jewelry the has been in business for many many years to find out they had set my diamond in prongs -head- that was too small for the diamond because they did that it made the prongs wear out in a very short time.this makes total since because i have only wore this ring about 2 of the 10 months i owned ... read more

My husband bought my wedding rings from here and then returned to buy me my "push present" after having our daughter. Point is we are faithful customers. when I'm looking for jewelry I consider Rogers and holland first. Recently my wedding ring solitaire became so loose you could spin it around in the prongs. I took it in to get it fixed and paid for it since I hadn't had it examined in 6 months which is fine. After getting my ring back 4 days later it was still loose. I recently landed a new job and wanted to buy myself something nice to celebrate. I found a diamond ring I liked at the Rogers and Holland store in Woodfield Mall. The sales person was very nice and I had a very good experience until I realized they were just telling me what I wanted to hear. i love my engagement ring from here so much. it is so beautiful. I just wish there was a wedding band to match it. that was pretty frustrating. and the closest one i saw that i liked was way over the budget. i just dont get it. i ended up going to another jewelry store and found the same exact ring and same carots...everything for almost $500 less! so if they just stopped kidding everyone with these prices, it would be okay!
