For my birthday this year, my husband purchased a watch at this location. This watch was a surprise for me, so I appreciated the thought however I knew the watch was not my style. Three days after my husband gave me the watch, I went with him to this location to return it. The same salesperson who assisted him with the original purchase, also completed the return. My husband bought me a necklace from Rogers and Holland's 2 years ago and it quickly became my favorite necklace. It was dainty, simple and light so it didn't irritate my skin. My husband had purchased the warranty but to our dismay, there was nothing R & H "could" do for us when my necklace went missing. Bought a 4 carat diamond ring and ended up canceling it. They promised it would be done by 6/28. Didn't happen. No call to notify us or apology. We called couple times and were told the same thing that didn't happen. One lady even made up story and said they told my husband about when the setting would be delivered. My husband did not talk to them that day! When it was ready to pick up, the ring was just put in a plastic bag wrapped with paper. No box. The setting was not done correctly! Had the absolutely worse experience. Manager was rude and overtalked me. Ring was sized incorrectly and they did not try and offer a resolution. Wasted time and some of my money. There are hidden fees and a small time jewelry so anything to make money. I would not recommend. Go somewhere where they will treat you with respect and dignity and not just dollars.

This is going to be a long one so bear with me, but my experience at Rogers & Holland's was SO bad. I'm going to tell my full story, so the most important details will be at the end (AKA THEY GAVE ME A RING THAT WAS MISSING A DIAMOND). I was at the mall and passed by this store. Before writing this review... I just read some of the others and it all makes sense now. You would think with everything moving towards a digital presence, brick-and-mortar stores would do everything they can do to make sure that the service is what brings the customers back to their business. Not at R&H, as they made one mistake after another without even offering to make things right. the staff is not very helpful. went in for a simple repair- needed a new clasp for my gold chain. went in the 26th and was told to come back the 29th at noon to pick it up. I was told the price was $75 for the clasp and when I went to checkout they said it's $120 and didn't do much to help me understand why they changed the price. today I go in (it's the 29th) and also 3pm so 3 hours after the time I was supposed to pick it up and I was told "come back tomorrow at 6pm" when I was told today at noon. I know the staff was not wearing mad I was told they would put a medium clasp on my necklace to fix it and they charge me for a medium class but they only put a small one on it took him two weeks when it said it would take a week I had to call them and when I called them they said they don't have my phone number and they were kind of rude not to mention they kept my old class so they're making more money off of me and didn't even give me my own products back so they charge me for something they didn't even give me I would ne... read more

They took my ring for polish and said they gave it back, they charged us for a platinum ring and gave a 14k white gold , when asked they were like yea mistakes do happen let's change it. This is one of the worst store that I had ever had experience with. This store is a real joke not sure how they are in business all the while.
