January 2015 my Movado Museum Wrap watch was purchased by my husband as a Christmas Present. In June 2015, one of the pins fell out. Took it to Rogers & Hollands, got it back in 4 weeks. I wore it MAYBE 5 times since, and the pin fell out again. Took it back on 11/28/15 to Woodfield Mall. At the bottom of the repair ticket it says "was sent into Movado." My husband bought my wedding set here in December of 2013 it was flawless. In November of 2015 the center stone fell out so I brought the original stone back with the ring so it could be fixed. The store sent it off and it came back with a yellow piece of crap low quality stone. I have been dealing with this disaster for 3 months now. WORST Customer Service. My husband bought a Tissot watch Sept 4, 2015 and he has worn it 5 times. We were told the extra links would arrive within 2 weeks. He received the links 1 month AFTER purchasing the watch. He wore the watch home and the next day the battery died. Made an appointment, dropped the watch off, watch was NOT ready at time he was told he could pick it up. Wore the watch 4 more times and battery died again. I do not even know where to begin! One would think picking out their wedding bands with their fiance would be a fun and exciting time?! To say my experience at Rogers & Hollands was unprofessional and stressful is an understatement. On Monday December 14th I had purchased a necklace that I was getting engrave as a Christmas present. I was told it would be ready for pick up on Friday December 18th. When Friday rolled around I awaited a call to inform me my necklace was ready to be picked up, no one called. Horrible experience all around. I have been waiting over a week for a ring that should've been ready in a day. I understand that it is the holidays and there is a lot of hustle and bustle but I would expect at least a call telling me that it would be late. People were rude and not helpful at all. Don't bother with this jewelry story.
THEY RUINED MY WEDDING DAY!! My fiance and I went there to get our weddings bands for our wedding and I was able to get my ring the next day but for his band we had to wait 3 weeks.
