Every interaction I had with them was excellent from the person coming out to do the initial intake to the person answering questions over the phone. They installed a heat pump several weeks ago for us. Very professional folks. Installation went smoothly. They answered all of our questions and weren’t too bothered by our overly friendly dog. They did a nice job, were pleasant to interact with. I am very pleased with the installation.
The WES crew were thoughtful, very respectful of property, always very timely, careful to wear coverings on their shoes when working inside, and carefully vacuumed up dust after drilling inside. The city permit inspector remarked that they had done an excellent installation, much better than installations completed by other companies. At completion, they showed me how to operate the system. Very highly recommend.
They were fast, thorough and professional. Really a pleasure to work with and they communicated any challenges and answered my silly questions. Very pleased with the workmanship, price transparency and their professionalism.
We had a good experience with Washington Energy Services when they replaced our natural gas water heater with a Rheem hybrid/heat pump model. Excellent service from start to finish. Purchased a new Bryant heat pump and air handler to replace the old one. Also purchased a new 26.5 KW generator at the same time. Both install crews were on time, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Everything works as advertised. The Bryant furnace is so quiet we can't hear it. I highly recommend WES.
