RecommendedWe just had a new furnace with heat pump and a tankless water heater installed by Washington energy. Their team was wonderful. They kept us informed the whole time, even going as far as to can out a very small dent on the heat pump unit that came directly out of the box. I was very pleased with Naomi's services. She tuned up my furnace and was able to answer a question I had about a possible problem with the heat exchanger. She also serviced my air conditioner. I'll continue to have Washington Energy Services provide maintenance for my furnace and air conditioner. ☺️

Nancy and I, though an elderly couple, are relatively robust individuals that have survived many a cold and snowy winters. But this year's particularly cold and snowy adventure was too much for our 19 year old furnace (110 in furnace years) and last Wednesday (02/20/2019) began making a death moan rather than its normal rumble and hum and we knew the end was near.
