RecommendedWe just had a new furnace with heat pump and a tankless water heater installed by Washington energy. Their team was wonderful. They kept us informed the whole time, even going as far as to can out a very small dent on the heat pump unit that came directly out of the box. I was fine with it, but they had their field supervisor out there in quick fashion. They ended up replacing the unit to make sure we had the highest quality. The project was no walk in the park. RecommendedI was very pleased with Naomi's services. She tuned up my furnace and was able to answer a question I had about a possible problem with the heat exchanger.
