We recently had our 12-year-old furnace replaced with a new 96% Efficient Bryant Furnace, a Bryant Heat Pump and coil. The work was performed by Cody and his team. From the moment I called WES regarding new exterior doors, the entire process was simple and easy. The response time to questions was timely and at no time were we ever rushed or pressured. When they came to install our exterior doors they found an issue with the sill plate. Instead of covering it up, they informed me of the issue, explained the issue, and put the old door back in place so that we could correct the issue before having the new door installed.
