RecommendedI had a ductless unit put into my home. I felt they were professional and quick to get my work done. When a finding came up, they were quick to come out and resolve. I also had them come out and look at my fireplace. I was very happy with the technician & his boss in work they performed. I would recommend Washington Energy Service.

We needed a single huge window replaced. Despite being a “small” job, we were given the same priority and courtesy of whole house replacement customers. They made multiple trips to our house in Arlington, and did a great job communicating where we were in the fabrication and installation process. On installation day, the 2-man crew arrived promptly, and within an hour they were done, the pre-existing wood casement looked perfect, and every trace of their work was cleaned up. As it turned out, there were no issues with our furnace (my mother 'heard a noise'), the techs that came out to the house were on time, and very careful to not track the outside in, even though I told them not to worry about it. They seemed very knowledgable and were extremely professional. I felt very comfortable having them in our home.
We have used WES for about 5 years, ever since we moved to Lynnwood. They have always been on time, and have done a nice job. They were here for annual maintenance a couple of weeks ago, and it was discovered that a circuit board had gone bad in my 20-year old furnace. The repairman said he would get me a quote for parts and labor, and would also pass the word to Sales so that we would have all of the options. I absolutely love my new Air Conditioner/Heat Pump and my new doors, all installed by Washington Energy Services!!! My A/C sales specialist was Michael Christ. He was very thorough and his follow-up was above & beyond. The install crew was fantastic and worked thru some extremely hot temperatures and in a super heated attic!!!
