They sent someone out first thing the following morning, a very professional and polite young man who made all the arrangements to have a replacement installed the following day. RecommendedWashington energy installed a tankless water heater replacing my electric that was only good for two showers in a row. The guys came out and completed the job including running a dedicated gas line in one day. They covered the carpet were very professional and did a great job cleaning up. Everyone that I have dealt with has been knowledgeable, courteous, and very conscientious, I would highly recommend them

The windows look awesome and we've already noticed a difference in the sound and vibration we use to experience.
