My furnace died at 8 pm on a night when the temperature dipped to fourteen degrees. Only Washington Energy Services answered my call. They sent someone out first thing the following morning, a very professional and polite young man who made all the arrangements to have a replacement installed the following day. they said they could/would do it and they did. professionalism tops! product so far exceptional i'm talking about a gas water heater a slight glitch a day after installation and the city inspector sign off and the glitch was corrected the same day i made the call to WES. thanks for everything > a senior citizen.
Half way through Seattle’s massive white out our furnace quit. Washington energy was at our house within 2 hours and got us back in the heat. On a Sunday and during a snow storm and massive cold snap. Thank you Jamie. You saved the day. You got the heat back on
Washington energy installed a tankless water heater replacing my electric that was only good for two showers in a row. The guys came out and completed the job including running a dedicated gas line in one day. They covered the carpet were very professional and did a great job cleaning up. Everyone that I have dealt with has been knowledgeable, courteous, and very conscientious, I would highly recommend them

The experience was great, but there are a couple of issues that prevented me from giving the full 5-star rating, which are detailed below. The windows look awesome and we've already noticed a difference in the sound and vibration we use to experience. We live near SeaTac airport flight path and our old windows (metal framed, original construction) would vibrate. After the installation we've had no rattles and the sound is much more muffled.
