Had a new furnace and AC unit installed. Adam and John showed up on time, got the work done and it was the cleanest install I have seen. Took time to answer my dumb questions and left the place clean as a whistle. Also getting a quote to have them run a gas line for our stove. I would recommend Washington Energy.

On the plus side, great installation of our new front entry door. An expensive upscale door with sidelights and with glass required special fitting. Great job. On the minus, numerous delays due to mistakes in the production process and due to skilled personnel availability. Took nearly 6 months from purchase to job completion, however, they did grant a discount for the delays. Bottom line = plus.
