RecommendedI had my furnace checked and they found high levels of Co2 and I was told I needed additional work to the tune of about 800 dollars. Both workers were professional and the service was less than the 800 dollars. I was also warned I needed a new water heater but it all is necessary and keeps me safe. I am glad they check things out.
RecommendedGreat service. Installers tackled a difficult location. There were communication issues at one time but as soon as I notified them of the problem they went above and beyond to help. Would recommend them. Maybe by providing the customer with updates, more frequently, a misunderstanding would be avoided
RecommendedThe crew arrived on time and started working. The Tacoma crew did an outstanding job setting up my heat pump and AC unit. They walked me through the whole process and each step explained what they were doing. Mario showed me how to use the remote for the AC and how to clean the unit. This was very helpful and I’m glad I went through this company.
You never want your air conditioner to act up during a heat wave. Mine did. But thanks to Nicole at Washington Energy Services my problem was addressed quickly and efficiently. She scheduled an appointment and two technicians, Devein and Buddy, arrived on time, working diligently until they found, and then solved, the problem. Both were very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. I give this company high marks for customer service.
RecommendedI am very happy with the service I received from Washington Energy Services. I had them install a Heat Pump, Install insulation in the attic and install fans in my bathrooms. We recently had a new fireplace insert installed- while not without a few snafus, the process and problems were handled well by Andrew Bates and his assistant Justin Gaspard. The end result is beautiful and worth waiting for.
