RecommendedAs it turned out, there were no issues with our furnace (my mother 'heard a noise'), the techs that came out to the house were on time, and very careful to not track the outside in, even though I told them not to worry about it. They seemed very knowledgable and were extremely professional. I felt very comfortable having them in our home.

They were here for annual maintenance a couple of weeks ago, and it was discovered that a circuit board had gone bad in my 20-year old furnace. He was very thorough and his follow-up was above & beyond. The install crew was fantastic and worked thru some extremely hot temperatures and in a super heated attic!!! Everything about our experience was absolutely professional and about as easy as it could have been. Our sales rep, Nick, was excellent to work with. Very low pressure, informative, and knowledgable. RecommendedThe appt was made quick. The tech called 30 minutes prior very nice and politely.The inspection was about and hour or so. . We paid the bill about 200.00. Expecting a little more. All in all ill use wes. Again on next service. Also I called other companies couldn't get through to a live persin.
