We recently had Washington Energy Services out to install six new windows in our 1915 home. Everything about our experience was absolutely professional and about as easy as it could have been. Our sales rep, Nick, was excellent to work with. Very low pressure, informative, and knowledgable. We are thrilled with our air conditioning units. Cooling and heating modes are great. Easy to clean filters and hose down outside component. Highly recommended!
The appt was made quick. The tech called 30 minutes prior very nice and politely.The inspection was about and hour or so. . We paid the bill about 200.00. Expecting a little more. All in all ill use wes. Again on next service. Also I called other companies couldn't get through to a live persin.

Victor Martinez came to my home for an estimate to have a water heater removed and replaced. He went through and explained everything I needed to know. This visit was quite satisfactory, in fact correcting a very poor original, 2 years ago, installation of my outdoor heat pump unit. Now it is actually isolated from the roof (right over my bed!) with new damping hardware so I may be able to have in on at night.
I had my furnace checked and they found high levels of Co2 and I was told I needed additional work to the tune of about 800 dollars. Both workers were professional and the service was less than the 800 dollars. I was also warned I needed a new water heater but it all is necessary and keeps me safe. I am glad they check things out.
