My son and I went with this company because of a suggestion from my daughter. But this company did nothing for my son and I. We would call them and they would not answer the phone and then they would not call back for many days or weeks. And then when we decided not to go with them anymore they wanted to hold a lien against our case and they did nothing! I wish i could leave 0 stars. This had been the worse experience ever. It had been over a year. These poodle don't respond unless you get frustrated. I left several messages for Elizabeth and her manager Josie two weeks ago and still no response. I also sent a tx with no response of course. I will be so glad when this is over and i will NOT recommend them to anyone.

Anytime i have any problems i can always count on Dj Garza to come through and solve them in a timely manner. I am currently 5 months pregnant so i know i might be a lot to deal with during this time, but I appreciate him and my team for never taking anything personal and for still remaining professional at all times no matter how many times i might disagree with them . REFUSED TO GIVE ME DOCTOR RECORDS, WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER, TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE, NEVER ANSWERS CALLS, WILL WASTE YOUR TIME, SAY THEY CAN HELP SEND YOU DO DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS AND THEN SAY THEY CANNOT TAKE YOU AS A CLIENT. This firm has been so out of sync! They lack consistency and true concern for the well-being of their clients. My son was injured in a car accident almost 2 years ago. Considerably, had I not called the office within the last 2 months; this firm would have allowed the statue of limitations to expire on his case and recovers nothing. I used this service for my car accident it took them almost two years to get my claim and I didn’t not receive any of my lost wages from being off work seem like fought hard to receive there money and left me out. I lost wages didn’t get that at all. Now hate I referred my friend to this company.
