My accident was September 16, 2020, I've heard the radio commercials of this firm which is why I reached out. After reaching out, I was immediately taken care of, I was set up with therapy & received excellent treatment. Been dealing with a case since june 2019 , with Ryan rogers , he doesn’t communicate well and never responds back to emails or calls or voicemails every time I do get a piece of new things about my case it’s just goes back in circles.
There is something very strange going on at this law firm, I can never reach my claim handler; Since 07/2021 I have changed claim overseer 4 different times. I feel sorry for that poor receptionist, bless her heart! she tries to transfer no one ever picks up, and I can sense the the frustration in her voice, like it's a normal practice of theirs. Very disappointed in them not going further with what seems an obvious win. Lesson learned though in so many ways.
Although I understand this firm deals with a great magnitude of clients, the level of client service rendered doesn’t even deserve 1star. After many requests to speak with my attorney or anyone who actually cares with in the last 8 months, it still remains unsuccessful. I am glad to see that everyone has had an awesome experience because all I have gotten is the passed around from one person to the next rude person since I brought the case October 2019 and no one ever calls for updates. The last update I received was when I called and asked for one on February 5, 2021. The lady was rude and said she wasn't due to call me until the 17th. I don't even know if I am client anymore.
