My wife n I hired this firm and got Ryan Roger's n Juan Aguirre n Carol Davis just the worst case representing for our case almost 1 yr since the accident. We been lied to thru the hole process u can't make no complaints. U must listen to the lies. We were told settlement has been made check n the mail that was 2mos ago. Call today check never been sent we just tired of this firm wish we could end the contract.

I will change my review from 1-5 if I get a call or respond to my email. The communication from the staff to client is not the best unless they need me to sign the paperwork at the beginning.

Like so many others...If could leave zero stars i would. This place is horrible, lack of information coming from this office is my 1st complaint. 2nd is the lack of caring from the Atty and the many settlement people we had to work with on this SIMPLE accident. 3rd they work with a BS medical service who sole purpose I feel is to just run up medical costs for billings services. Then it took over 1 year to settle the claims which was truly amazing.. gawd forbid if the claim actually was major.... Everytime i hear that ann... read more

Please disregard my first impression on this company they have helped me in more ways of understanding this was my first accident and I was overwhelmed with what I could do and miscommunication had me lost thank you godsend Martin for putting up with me and my mixed emotions at such a detrimental time for me thanks to my case worker BRANDYYYYY! Your the real mvp very professional and understanding I cannot thank you more

So far I am completely not happy about this process I’ve never spoken to my lawyer and my process is just stuttering 5/6 days later they switch case worker in the midst of the beginning to a woman who was out of town and knew nothing of my case I’m am so disappointed and all I can do is pray

It has been 2 1/2 years since I was tboned by a truck. I only hear from Priscilla if I call. It has been 6 months since I have heard from her and that was after I called after not hearing from her for several months. I am still in pain from the accident. Bill collection is calling saying they have not heard from my lawyer. I have had a bill placed on my credit report, was told not to use my insurance to file claims. If I could give them zero stars I would. That’s exactly what they have earned. I was told since December 4th that my case was held up due to Medicaid which was a lie. After no updates I reached out to the hospital myself and the whole time the attorney could have followed the procedure to get the medical bills and did not. I supplied them with the info April 15th and called today May 12 and they didn’t bother to use that and have a status on my case as proceeding to negotiations without medical bills. My accident was September 16, 2020, I've heard the radio commercials of this firm which is why I reached out. After reaching out, I was immediately taken care of, I was set up with therapy & received excellent treatment. I was assigned a case manager who made frequently phones calls to check on my therapy progress. I completed therapy in November 2020. Been dealing with a case since june 2019 , with Ryan rogers , he doesn’t communicate well and never responds back to emails or calls or voicemails every time I do get a piece of new things about my case it’s just goes back in circles.
