his law firm will rob you. don't use these low life. here's how they work. nice atty will call you and get you set up. then they will have a clerk be all nice to you and make you feel special. this is when they prepping to screw you over. they send you to these low-level doctors and pain managment where they will bill you 2k to 3k on your first visit. and don't take that little kit, they give you lol. that will cost you about $1,000.00 which sells for 40.00 smdh! over the course of months, the little clerk makes sure you go ... read more

Exercise EXTREME caution when working with GM Firm. Their communication is extremely limited, and updates are sparse unless repeatedly requested. Calls and emails often go unanswered, which can leave you in a difficult position when companies call the you saying the law firm is not returning my calls. Then health insurance companies reverse claims, leaving you hung in the balance and paying bills because this firm refuses to speak to ANYONE. These people simply do not care. Run…don’t walk…away. My experience with this law firm has been very stressful and inconsistent. Once I got to negotiating process with Mr. James Rushing, I was confused and redirected about time frame and amount of settlement. He is not a good communicator. Fast talker and inconsistent in what he tells you. This went on so long I decided to stop the process and accept whatever they had. Im a current client and Ai will never use them again I feel like they are lying to me about the money they are asking for I asked them to provide me a receipt of them settlement amount that will be sent so I could see exactly how much money is being received and I was told not I couldn't see that the only check I could is the one there are s3nding me I have health insurance and was told since the hospital didn't put in a claim that I would have to pay for all of my treatment out of my settlement money I was told that it was... read more
