Such a bummer! Got a flyer in the mail, new management and ownership so gave it a go again after previous years of disappointment, should have known better! Cold pizza, missing items. Was told 12 min for missing items to be delivered as they were out with another delivery, it's been over 45 min, still no meal for our son... how hard is it to fulfill a simple order?!?! Bad, bad, bad!!!! Ordered a Friday special with light sauce, very thin crust, pepperoni, sausage and no cornmeal. Was early picking up pizza, which was ready. Got pizza home, opened box and pizza was cold. The crust was the normal thickness, not very thin at all and had leftover burned cornmeal stuck to the bottom of the crust and all over the bottom of the box. Pizza also had a lot of sauce on it and the sausage was tasteless - did not taste like pizza sausage at all. Pizza did not taste as fresh as it should have. I... read more

Yuk, definitely not the Rosattis we remember and loved. If you want a pizza with no sauce and undercooked this is your place.

What's up "uncle Ron"?? It's been a Month and a half and you've failed to reply? Maybe it's because my experience was your normal practice of handling the people that want to give you money? Obviously, I won't be back and I always now, offer up your place as a challenge for their dining experience. I do of course inform them of my experience and how "the owner" doesn't even respond, let alone put in policy changes. So, whomever has solicited you to help with your business over the last year, you Need it, call them back!

good luck, this place is hit and miss. sometimes the pizza is hot, delicious and ready as promised. most of the time it's late and/or poor quality. tonight it was on time, wrong and terrible quality. we picked up our 2 pizzas and when we got home found that we were given one wrong pizza. we called and they said yo can come pick up the pizza we should have given you and they refunded us the cost of that pizza. we opened the other pizza once my husband got ba home and it looked and tasted 3 days old. ugh! we would have been b... read more
