Trash. We ordered delivery. After an hour we go outside to find our food on the ground ! Cold and on the ground ! Called the store and asked for the manager ..Vivian gets on. Says she knocked. After she was told she didn't as we were sitting near the door she says "well there was a no solicitation sign." She then lied and said she wasn't the manager ....then she was ....then she wasn't. Lady was very nice that helped me. 2 pepperoni slices and a drink = $18 plus change. Brought the first slice out and said second wasn't ready. Odd. i finished the slice and sipped on my drink for a bit... she never came back out. could hear her talking on phone to someone who wasn't a customer for a while so i just left. didn't want the second slice. Pizza was not right from the oven. mildly warm. This is definitely not like Rosati's i have been to before. must be a chain.

Math ain't Mathing! Something has changed. We ordered deep dish after years of ordering food & pizza from this location. As Chicagoans this is what we got. A thin pastey pie with no cheese and the pepperoni was just placed on top them slathered with sauce. We called to complain and was told to come back in a hour. An hour later we returned with the first pizza and was told they didn't make it as agreed. We were told to return in a hour. We're Done!

We have been going to Rostai for years. We are from Chicago and it's been the best pizza we ever had. Today it wasn't. We went to the chandler location for the first and last time. Like always we ordered the 18 inch thin crust with sausage. Well the thin crust wasn't thin and it was very hard crust. There weren't many sausages on the pizza and the taste wasn't nearly the same. We were Very disappointed and we Will Bebe go to this location again

Terrible customer service. Not only did they mess up my last pizza. I called and they offered to notate my account for a free pizza... but today when I called in that free pizza I was first told they don't honor delivery on free pizzas and then they ended up not honoring my pizza at all. Said they had new owners and the credit wouldn't translate. Not only did they tell me to kick rocks but they did so with an attitude. Go somewhere that doesn't mess up your food and actually appreciates your business.
