Purchased a Groupon in August good for $100 towards any food purchase valid until November. Placed large order for Halloween party and planned to use the voucher towards it. Told person who took order over phone that we had it and she told me to "bring it in when you pick up". Went to pick up order and after being told the total I presented the Groupon and was told "we do not accept these". I ordered 4 pizzas tonight. I called at 7:30. It took 5 minutes to place the order because the person who answers the phone had a lot of difficulty using the computer and remembering the order so she repeated it to me several times. I ordered 2 18 inch double dough (1 cheese and 1 Pepperoni) and 2 12 inch thin crust pizzas (1 cheese and 1 pepperoni). Before we hung up the phone she said it will be ready in 40 minutes. I arrived at 8:07 pm and the restaurant is completely closed. Not even a car in the parking lot! LOL... read more

Very disappointing. We went in for lunch one day and first they tried to overcharge us. I had to correct the kid at the register on the cost. We were dining in, but no one asked, so we got a pizza in a box and had to eat it out of the box at the table. The pizza itself tasted like it had no salt in the crust and was extremely bland. The loud reggaeton music was also unnecessary and made it hard to hear. It also doesn't really go with the cuisine.

Such a bummer! Got a flyer in the mail, new management and ownership so gave it a go again after previous years of disappointment, should have known better! Cold pizza, missing items. Was told 12 min for missing items to be delivered as they were out with another delivery, it's been over 45 min, still no meal for our son... how hard is it to fulfill a simple order?!?! Called again, disregarded, they clearly cannot run a restaurant and provide delivery service regardless of the owners and/or management. So sad... wanted to gi... read more

Bad, bad, bad!!!! Ordered a Friday special with light sauce, very thin crust, pepperoni, sausage and no cornmeal. Was early picking up pizza, which was ready. Got pizza home, opened box and pizza was cold. The crust was the normal thickness, not very thin at all and had leftover burned cornmeal stuck to the bottom of the crust and all over the bottom of the box. Pizza also had a lot of sauce on it and the sausage was tasteless - did not taste like pizza sausage at all. Pizza did not taste as fresh as it should have. I... read more
