Waited 2 hours for a $27 Pizza?? 30 min on hold to talk to a manager that told me there's nothing he can do for me? I'll go back to $5 pizzas at Pizza Hut !!

Just decided to order from this place because I received an advertisement in the mail a couple days ago and I ordered the Rizzotti monster 16 inch which is listed as the same price as a pick four for $25 then I gave her the three dollar off coupon that came with the advertisement and the order came out to almost $40 I ended up canceling this order but they charged my card anyway. The woman on the phone stated she was the manager when I asked to speak to one and when asked to explain the price increase she tried blaming it on... read more

We were excited for this place to open. The pizza is delicious but the price along with the service is very disappointing! Our first experience was $79 for very little food but it was good, so we tried again and was placed on hold for 10 minutes to then be convinced by the person taking the order that they were to busy for our business... his words it "will be an over an hour just to get to our order" that was for a pick up order not delivery. NOT IMPRESSED!!

Just ordered for the first time and basically spent $50 to have a calzone delivered. We also ordered a large cheese pizza that wasn't cooked enough and the dough was raw. Called to see if anything could be done and they told us the pizza is on a timer so....offered no solution. Told us if they cooked it longer the cheese would have burned. Definitely not an issue as even the cheese is barely cooked. First and last time ordering from here.

We've ordered from this location a few times and the wait times are ridiculous. They tell you 35 minutes in the phone, I show up at 35 minutes and stand and wait at least another 10-15 or more minutes every time! I'll seriously rethink ordering from here again until they can get it figured out. There are multiple people waiting in a store with no seating etc. Give people a better estimate on time!!
