This looked amazing when it arrived. The crust was dry with no flavor at all and my ravioli was burnt. Very disappointing.

We ordered 2 Italian sausage sandwiches ($7.49 each) 1 chicken sandwich ($7.49) and a 14" Canadian bacon/ hamburger thin crust pizza last night 7:00 p.m. By 9:15 I was seriously disturbed. No dinner yet. What was taking soooo long? After calling repeatedly I was asked for my address , they had it wrong, another 30 minute wait and the driver finally arrived with cold food and his apology. We have ordered a lot from the mesa location on Mountain rd. It really has been hit or miss on the service/delivery. We rarely complain however this time it was just beyond bad. We ordered lasagna with 2 extra meat balls, extra garlic bread, an Italian beef sandwich, rosatis breadsticks, & a 2 liter of soda. the Italian beef sandwich never came with ajus as its supposed to (this is the 2nd time this happened, we never got the extra meatballs or the extra garlic bread we had ordered and the food that did get delivered arrived... read more

Waited 2 hours for a $27 Pizza?? 30 min on hold to talk to a manager that told me there's nothing he can do for me? I'll go back to $5 pizzas at Pizza Hut !!

Just decided to order from this place because I received an advertisement in the mail a couple days ago and I ordered the Rizzotti monster 16 inch which is listed as the same price as a pick four for $25 then I gave her the three dollar off coupon that came with the advertisement and the order came out to almost $40 I ended up canceling this order but they charged my card anyway.
