WORST experience ever!!! They completely messed up our order tonight and would not replace them or correct it. Offered us a 50% discount to keep the order that we didn't order!!! We ordered delivery and they said our only other option was to drive the pizzas back and wait another hour for the correct order. The person on the phone LITERALLY gave the loud frustrated sigh out loud when we said this was unacceptable. Never again. This is crap business ethics.

I called to order two pizzas and asked what a "monster" had in it. The lady who was taking my order rudely said "everything!" ( I wanted to know exactly). After giving her my payment method I told her that I had a coupon. She told me " too late I ran your card!" I understand some people had their bad days....... Leave it at the door when you are working. Either the GM needs to have a serious team meeting or prepare for a loss of a location ( based on the reviews). I highly suggest looking at financials. We ordered 2 large pizzas for our family to try something new in the area. Way overpriced, $53.99 for two large 16 inch pizzas. When I called I asked the person who took my order if they have any coupons or discounts and she said no. Pizza is really good but a bit pricey, over $30.00 for a large multiple item pizza better be extremely good, but to me it dies not hold a candle to Lou Malnati's Pizzeria as this place still holds the crown when it comes to taste and value as their large multiple item pizzas are under $30.00.
