I cannot believe this place is considered a business. My family has ordered from here several times and I thought they had a decent pizza, so I order 1 16" pizza for me and my 4 year old daughter. I verified whether they deliver to my address and we went back and forth because she couldn't figure out how to spell my street after I repeated the spelling several times then just gave up and said they don't deliver when I'm 1.5 miles away. Well, another business that shouldn't be in business. I ordered a 14" pizza $21.50 and an order of breadsticks $6.00 with marinara sauce. What I get and what I ordered do not match. Rosati's tried calling my phone but I didn't have it programmed to receive their calls and it went to voicemail. Just as the delivery person arrives, I go to the door and immediately the guys asks for a tip right as he hands me the pizza. I said I thought the $6.00 delivery you charged me covered the tip. One star is far too generous for Rosati's on Mountain Rd in East Mesa. We have ordered their Pizza on and off for a few years now which has been hit or miss, however the lack of customer service is always guaranteed. Tonight it climbed to a whole new level. The gentleman (and I use that term VERY loosely) on the phone taking our basic pizza and wings order was nothing short of hostile. I get we all have our bad days but wow......

If you have a choice order from someone else.....I don't know what they have done..... but their crust has gone down hill. Both the deep dish and regular. We used to order regularly and saw the quality drop almost over night. Stopped ordering from them for a few months and just tried them again this evening. Same bad crust and our deep dish was too done. Burned crust!
