Took over 2 hours to deliver pizza, I live 1.8 miles from restaurant. STAY AWAY!! Was charged to much for this lousy service.

I placed an order at 1:30 for a 4:15 pick up and I got there at 4:15 and waited until 5 for 1 missing pizza. And the manager yelling "heard" to understand him was disrespectful and everyone in the lobby had something to say. Very embarrassing for this establishment. Nobody in there has any type of customer service.

This location is horrible! We use to order all the time and it seems like recently they just don't like answering phones or let alone working. The last few times I had gotten was seemed to be an older man who was the rudest person ever on the phone! My husband and I tried calling last week a couple times through the week to order for lunch, we called at 11:45..no answers. We called again right now, no answer. Just rings and rings. So, looking for another pizza place for lunch...once again. Everyone there is so rude

WORST experience ever!!! They completely messed up our order tonight and would not replace them or correct it. Offered us a 50% discount to keep the order that we didn't order!!! We ordered delivery and they said our only other option was to drive the pizzas back and wait another hour for the correct order. The person on the phone LITERALLY gave the loud frustrated sigh out loud when we said this was unacceptable. Never again. This is crap business ethics.
