I will never order from rosati's in Mesa ever again. Worst customer service ever. Placed an order for pasta for myself because I can't eat much of anything else. My husband ordered a sandwich. We ended up with a pizza and a sandwich. I am not able to eat pizza. when we called the manager he shares his employees always read the order back and that it was our fault. Over priced and poor quality. I suggest you try a different restaurant for takeout dining.

Took over 2 hours to deliver pizza, I live 1.8 miles from restaurant. STAY AWAY!! Was charged to much for this lousy service.

I placed an order at 1:30 for a 4:15 pick up and I got there at 4:15 and waited until 5 for 1 missing pizza. And the manager yelling "heard" to understand him was disrespectful and everyone in the lobby had something to say. Very embarrassing for this establishment. Nobody in there has any type of customer service.

This location is horrible! We use to order all the time and it seems like recently they just don't like answering phones or let alone working. The last few times I had gotten was seemed to be an older man who was the rudest person ever on the phone! My husband and I tried calling last week a couple times through the week to order for lunch, we called at 11:45..no answers. We called again right now, no answer. Just rings and rings. So, looking for another pizza place for lunch...once again. Everyone there is so rude
