We have been ordering from here the past few years but the quality and service has declined. They now use door dash as their drivers. Last week we ordered a pizza and it was delivered with it all smashed as the delivery driver must have tipped it on its side. My wife spoke to a Brandon who said he would credit our account and use our phone number when ordering. I put a note on our online order that we had a credit under our phone number that should be applied to our order. I get a nasty note on the receipt when it was delive... read more

Besides the fact that it's just too expensive. $50 bucks for a pizza and wings is crazy!! On top of that they use grub hub delivery and they don't care about anything. My order was over 30 min late and when I finally called they said it was marked delivered. I look outside and my food is on the ground out front. No notifications or door bell, not even a knock. If I have to pay that much for pizza it should be delivered on time and handed to me at my door. What happened to good ol pizza delivery guys come on! You won't see me... read more

We also miss good ol pizza delivery folks, the main reason we've had to go to third party services is the recurring staffing issues that businesses are continuing to have. I'm sorry to see that this has caused you frustrations as well.

I will never order from rosati's in Mesa ever again. Worst customer service ever. Placed an order for pasta for myself because I can't eat much of anything else. My husband ordered a sandwich. We ended up with a pizza and a sandwich. I am not able to eat pizza. when we called the manager he shares his employees always read the order back and that it was our fault. She did not read back the order. Gave the amount and that was it. The manager then states he read the past orders and we always get pizza. I can't eat pizza I ex... read more

Over priced and poor quality. I suggest you try a different restaurant for takeout dining.

Took over 2 hours to deliver pizza, I live 1.8 miles from restaurant. STAY AWAY!! Was charged to much for this lousy service.
