HORRIBLE customer service. Pizza was EXTREMELY LATE.- hour past first given delivery window. Called store and was put on hold immediately and then picked up and put on hold again (total of about 10 min). Worker that answered phone- Cash- 1st claimed order was slightly late when it was over 20 min late from 2nd adjusted time. Then claimed that order was only 13 min late. I've encountered this person once before. The person working the phones on 2/11/26 is obnoxious, rude and honestly can't discern outside the box. However, other workers at this location have no problem taking orders. I've been going to this establishment for years, YEARS. God forbid you ask for a medium. Once you do that, it's game one. You get a break down on sizes. 10,12,16, if you ask what would be considered a medium it's like you asked him to invent space travel. If he's the owner, good luck. YOU TELL ME. Ordered a 14" Round Thin Crust and got this! Looks like it fell on the floor, burnt bottom, missing cheese/topping on certain slices only, and OH, waited 45 minutes on a 15 minute quoted order. I would never come back here again.

Saturday 12/13/25, store closes at 9, but doors were locked, woman answering the phone said they stop taking orders at 8. Just close at 8 then.. seemed like it was just the workers trying to get out of there early.

Poor service. Pizzas good but I ordered buffalo wings and got wings without any buffalo sauce. Second time this has happened. I also got the impression they didn't really care about customer service.

Decided to give this place another try...previous orders were undercooked. So I ordered, waited the 40 or so mins until the online tracker said it was ready, then headed that way. When I got there, I waited in the lobby for about 5 mins before the young "lady" around the corner finished finished what certainly sounded like a personal phone call. Not a good experience for carry-out pizza on the annual trip to the SW. Although they were hot and fresh out of the oven, all 3 pizzas had dough that was tough and nearly impossible to chew the crust. It seemed to be overworked and possibly overcooked. The toppings were pretty meager compared to the past - some pieces had no sausage on them and not much pepperoni on the other pizza. Ordered an Italian beef sandwhich and more than half of it was un ediable fatty meat. I also ordered a pizza, Specifically off of their website and checked the box do not cut. It was on the receipt and what do I get when it gets here cut into squares. Called manager Jason and he said they don't look at that and nor do they look at the ticket that says that.
